Tuition is based on slot occupancy, not attendance. No deductions or credits are made for absences, sick days, family vacations, program vacations, observed holidays, or program closures. Tuition payments include paid holidays and paid vacation time for the program. To hold your child’s slot, payment must be made whether your child attends or not. Payment is based on contract, not attendance and must be made in advance of care.
Current Rate (Effective September 2025): $85 per child, per day.
📅 Payment Options
- Option 1 — WEEKLY: Payment is due every Friday in advance of care. *Autopay enrollment required.*
- Option 2 — BIWEEKLY: Payment is due every other Friday in advance of care.
- Option 3 — MONTHLY: Payment is due on the scheduled monthly due date in advance of care.
Cutoff time: For all payment options, the cutoff is Friday at 6:00 PM. Payments received after the cutoff will incur a Late Payment Fee.

- Full-Time Care (5 days/week): $85 × 5 = $425/week
- Part-Time Care (3 days/week): $85 × 3 = $255/week
- Annual Estimate (Full-Time, 46 weeks): $85 × 5 × 46 = $19,550/year

💳 Additional Fees & Policies
- Registration Fee: $200 per child, non-refundable, due upon enrollment to secure your child’s slot.
- Late Payment Fee: Applied to any payment received after Friday 6:00 PM.
- Late Pickup Fee: $35 flat fee after 5:30 PM and $2 per minute after 6:00 PM per child.
