Who We Are
Eeny Meeny Preschool (EMP) is a licensed Group Family Daycare operating under the New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) and regulated by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). We proudly comply with all childcare regulations set forth by the Bureau of Child Care to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Our program serves children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old, offering a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where each child’s unique needs are met consistently and intentionally.
We are a team of educators dedicated to lifelong professional growth—continuously learning, reflecting, and evolving to meet the needs of the families we serve.

To provide high-quality childcare in a safe and enriching environment by positively nurturing the minds of those entrusted to us, while giving parents the peace of mind to participate confidently in today’s workforce.

Our Philosophy
We believe that children are born innate learners—curious, creative, and full of wonder. They are like seeds, planted in a world eager to shape them. The environment around them—full of information, influence, impact, and impression—becomes the soil in which they grow.
Guided by Proverbs, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it,” we embrace the sacred responsibility of nurturing children to bear good fruit in both character and purpose.
